My goal was to create a company that would be recognized internationally for providing trustworthy and outstanding service anywhere in the world. I built this business from the ground up, working and travelling across the globe and studying how different real estate brokerages work. I was searching for that winning combination that would exceed all expectations in the industry. Real estate is a first place industry; it sounds pretentious but there is no such thing as second place. Second place means you came close to selling, but didn’t succeed.
If success is the focus, then I had to create a company that had every marketing advantage in order to sell our clients’ properties. This requires not only having the tools, but the necessary focus that will market the property to the right buyers. That single minded focus reminded me of the old adage, one client at a time. Let the clients see from your hard work that you are providing them with something different, which boils down to care, attention and dedication. This has been my focus since starting this company many years ago.
It was that focus that brought celebrities, athletes, friends, family and local sellers to use my services to help them make their next move. I was not only providing a great experience in real estate but also creating long-lasting friendships. That is something has made me very proud. It is so amazing to see my peers in the industry following some of our company’s innovative leads – and asking to join us in partnership around the world. That kind of teamwork provides our clients with a special edge that is so amazing in this competitive market; not only here in our local market but around the globe as well. Prospective clients love that respect and attention to detail, which is why they continue to choose us when it comes time to buy. I believe this is just the start of good things to come in the future.
